Prayer HIGHLIGHT 2
Hi people. We just received news that our counselor, Aunty Elaine's mum just passed away last night. It was a sudden one. We want to send our deepest condolences to Aunty Elaine and family. And this is what we can pray for them:
To Aunty Elaine and family:
Be bold, be strong for the Lord our God is with you. And let the peace of God that surpasses all understanding be with you.
- Pray for strength and comfort in this time of grief.
- Pray that Charmaine can still concentrate on her UEC exam.
- Pray for Charis too, that she'll be able to focus on her studies.
To Aunty Elaine and family:
Be bold, be strong for the Lord our God is with you. And let the peace of God that surpasses all understanding be with you.

Next Sunday, 25/10/09
Hey Youths,
Next week there will be no small group meetings. Instead we have another speaker, Pastor Steven Low.
He is sharing from the book of Ruth which can be found in the Holy Bible.
Please read it before this Sunday if you can. It is a short book that has only 4 chapters. It's not that hard right?
Remember, the bible is a FUN book to read.
Will update on last Sunday soon.

Prayer List 3
Hey guys! Great job on Youth Sunday 2009! We rocked for God that day! Whoo! Anyway, as I think all of us know, well, for those who don't know; our Youth president broke his right arm. And he didn't manage to join us on Youth Sunday :(
But we had such a wonderful time during Youth Sunday. I personally enjoyed it, PRAISE GOD! Nevertheless, we must continue to pray!

Youth Sunday, 04/10/09
KLANG: The Youth Ministry of Wesley Methodist Church Klang (WMCK) took over the Sunday Service with a blast. With God in their mind, they managed a successful Service for God and had loads of fun doing it.
Here's some pictures:-
And the speaker of the day are 6 people from the Youth Ministry themselves. Applause for their braveness for speaking in front of the whole congregation!

Performance by our lovely and beautiful dancers
There were a few performances from the Youths. They had rapping and breakdancing and a graceful dance performance by the Youth dancers. The videos would have to wait. Will upload them later.

After the morning service, the Youths waited for Youth Service to start. Here's what happened during the time gap:-
Charis as our 3-5 minute sharer
The speaker was Bernard Lee. He is Samuel Lee's brother who is a member of WMCK, currently serving in Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC). Amazing speaker. He talked about how our decisions will determine our future and gave a few of his testimony.

Next Sunday, 04/10/09
Next Sunday, we have Charis Tan to share for 3-5 minutes.
After that, we have Bernard Lee as our guest speaker. Here's a short write up about him.
We make decisions everyday. The decisions we make today will determine how we live our lives gtomorrow. Bernard lived a "good" life, attended Sunday School and church from a very young age. Raised in a Christian home environment, he did all the "right" things but never had a relationship with God.
3 days before his 15th birthday, the Lord revealed Himself to Bernard in a very powerful way. That day, Bernard made a conscious decision to live for Christ and ever since, his life has never been the same again.
Together with his wife, Li May, they are actively serving in Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC).
